Refund policy

At ISABEAUT, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and curated with attention to detail.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. All other non-personalized items are eligible for one exchange per order.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange only.

Sale items are final sale.

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

Defects & Damage
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@isabeaut.com within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can evaluate and assist you.

Repairs & Warranty
Repairs are covered within our 30-day warranty window for manufacturing issues only. Normal wear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations are not covered.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of placement. Once a tracking number has been assigned, the order can no longer be canceled.
